Foundation Membership:
Eligibility for Membership: To become a member of this foundation, any citizen of Bangladesh who is at least eighteen years old must trust the foundation’s constitution. Membership is obtained by submitting the admission fee and annual subscription through the General Secretary of the foundation on a plain paper. Both men and women are eligible to become members.
1. Categories of Members: The foundation will have the following types of members:
... 1. Founder Member: Those who initially took the initiative to establish the foundation will become founder members. They will have voting rights.
2. Life Member: Any prominent individual who donates a minimum one-time amount of 20,000 BDT (or equivalent) for the development of the foundation will become a life member.
3. General Member: Those who pay an admission fee of 100 BDT and an annual subscription of 600 BDT will be considered general members of the foundation.
4. Donor Member: Individuals who provide a specific one-time donation, as decided by the Executive Committee, will be considered donor members of the foundation.
5. Branches of the Foundation: With the approval of the current Executive Board, branches of the foundation may be opened in various parts of Bangladesh to expand activities.
6. Rules for Becoming a Member:

• Membership can be obtained by applying through the prescribed application form and paying the specified admission fee and subscription.
• Granting of membership requires the recommendation of the executive members or officials and approval from the foundation’s chairman for issuing identity cards.
• Number of Members: There is no limit on the number of members; however, the Executive Committee may limit the number as needed or in the interest of the foundation.

7. Cancellation of Membership:

• If absent from three consecutive meetings.
• If involved in anti-state activities.
• If acting against the foundation’s constitution.
• If involved in corruption.

8. Organizational Structure:
The foundation’s activities will be managed by the following councils:
i. General Council
ii. Executive Council
iii. Advisory Council
1. General Council:

• The General Council will consist of general members and life members.
• This council will be considered the highest authority of the foundation.
• The council will form the Executive Council.
• The council will approve plans, budgets, income-expenditure accounts, annual reports, amendments to the constitution, and proposals for dissolution.
• General members have the power to convene meetings.

2. Executive Council:

• An elected Executive Council will manage the foundation’s operations.
• The term of the Executive Council will be three (3) years. It will be formed through elections by the General Council.
• This council will be responsible for management.
• It will prepare and implement plans, draft budgets, maintain accounts, prepare annual reports on activities, and submit projects and programs for final approval by the General Council.

3. Advisory Council:
• An elected council will assist in managing the foundation.
• The term of this council will be determined by the Executive Council. The Advisory Council will play a policy-making role as directed by the Executive Council.
